If you can use a knife and a mouse you can create this platter.
- Slice the Young Pag Cheese into triangles approximately 1cm wide removing the rind
- Slice the fig cake into bite size pieces
- Arrange the cheese, fig cake and almonds on a serving plate
- Drizzle with white truffle honey and serve
