Known for making some of the best sparkling wines in Croatia from their 9 hectares of biodynamic vineyards south of Zagreb, the Tomac family is also a pioneer in using Georgian amforas to age their wines. This hard-to-find bottling will turn what you expect of sparkling wines on its head with an amazing depth and complexity that comes from a six-month maceration in clay. Toast, caramel, nuttiness, orange peel and that deep gold color to die for.
