Tasting Notes: Opulent dark fruit, aged leather, spice, mocha with minerality and balanced acid keeping the fierce tannins in check, rich full body and long finish

Food Pairing: Decant for at least one and half hours before serving, perfect after dinner with hard aged cheeses. Will age well for 15 years, peak drinking window 5-7 years after harvest.
