After years of winemaking around the world, Tomislav Veseljak decided to return to his native Croatia and devote himself to the art of fermenting cider. Working with organically grown heirloom apple varieties from the foothills of Papuk mountain, he lets them spontaneously ferment on their own yeast, without filtration or additives. The result is a brilliant blend of quince, caramel and grapefruit with gentle tannins.
