Tomac Marany Red 2019
Marany Red is the latest expression of the Tomac family's commitment to biodynamic winemaking. After spontaneous fermentation in clay amphorae, the wine matures for a year in large used oak barrels and is bottled without filtration. Spices, black pepper and smokiness are in the foreground here, only later followed by plums and black berries. An elegant, structured wine with a silky texture.
