Tomac Pinot Noir 2018
A bigger, riper expression of pinot from the biodynamic vineyards of the Tomac family. The wine is fermented in clay amphora with 30% whole clusters, and then aged in big oak casks. Cherry, stems and pepper on the nose and red fruit on the palate.
