  • Leccino. Light and refreshing, great on fresh cheese and light seafood like prawns and raw white fish.
  • Buza (98 points Flos Olei). Fruity and herbal, perfect for raw tuna and grilled seasonal vegetables.
  • Ascolana Tenera. Fresh and balanced, great with steamed fish, boiled meats, and vegetable pastas.
  • Cipressino. Intensely fruity, pairs perfectly with raw vegetables, grilled fish and citrus deserts.
  • Vodnjanska Crnica (97 points Flos Olei). Fruity and sweet, perfect with dark fish, salads and cheesecake.
