Piquentum Refošk 2015
Refosk macerated for 2-4 weeks, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak for 18 months. Bottled without filtration. More brooding and textural than its Teran cousin. Perfect with Istrian prosciutto.
Piquentum Malvazija 2016
Istrian Malvasia, macerated for 2- 3 days, spontaneously fermented, 70% aged in wood (barriques), the rest in stainless steel. An ideal food wine that is earthy enough to pair with hard cheeses, bright enough to highlight fresh green herbs, and a medium body that stands up to fish.
Piquentum Teran 2015
Motovun Teran macerated for 2-4 weeks, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak for 18 months. Bottled without filtration. A great pairing with charcuterie, cured fish, fish stews, and blood sausage.
