Beautiful natural skin-contact white wine from vineyards perched above Istrian truffle forests
Maceration for two-three days, spontaneous fermentation without cooling and aging in wood (barriques) gives this wine a lovely straw-yellow color with golden edges. This is a harmonious wine adorned with a soft and smooth texture, quince aroma, and floral components. There is a slight hint of sweet spices and aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as sage.
How to enjoy it
Perfect with truffle pastas and prosciutto
