Regular price $65.00

The sleeping beauty of Dalmatian whites, Vugava is one of the oldest, but least well known indigenous grape varieties in Croatia. It has been grown on Vis island for over 2,000 years. Some have even theorized that Roman soldiers took it to the Rhone where it eventually became known as Viognier. This, however, is a modern take on Vugava by Milan Senjanović that brings out peach, ripe apricot, lemon blossom, grassy undertones and lots of minerality

PAIRS WELL WITH
Uni, octopus peka (baked under a dome-shaped lid), and listening to Helado Negro on repeat.
