Negotians Vinarius Pošip Evans 2021
The result of a unique collaboration between natural wine impresario Marko Kovač and grower Petar Marinović. A hectare or so of Pošip vineyards in the Smokvica village valley are farmed organically by Petar and his family. Half of the wine is barrel fermented and aged, and half comes from stainless steel to create an impressionist harmony inspired by jazz great Bill Evans and guided by Marko.
