Malvazija, the signature white grape of Istria, comes into its own in the hands of Dimitri Brečević. The half-French, half-Croatian natural winemaker macerates the grapes on the skins for 2-3 days giving the wine complexity and a beautiful straw-yellow colour with gold edges.
WHAT IT TASTES LIKE
Honey, apricot, flowers and almonds on the finish. Medium-bodied and delicious.
