Piquentum Teran 2021
Teran is a controversial grape, with EU politicians wrangling over who gets to use the name. What is not controversial is that Dimitri Brečević makes an excellent one. The fruit for his Teran is organically grown around the hilltop hamlet of Vrh, where the air circulation helps it retain its acidity and freshness. Bottled unfiltered after 18 months in neutral oak.
