Hand-harvested from the bottom of the salt farm's pools, after the waters of the Adriatic sea evaporate under the combined action of wind and sun, Dalmatian sea salt is the most natural ingredient you can have in your kitchen. Natural sea salt does not contain any preservatives nor anti-caking agents so there's no reason to give up the pleasure of a richly savored dish.
