After spending most of his life selling clarity in the optics business, Filip Koletnik found his calling. Turns out it is making uncompromising natural wine known for its cloudiness.
He buys organic Malvazija grapes from white soils near the village of Draguć, leaves them on the skins for nine months, and then on the lees in old oak for another year. Expect lots of grapefruit, orange peel, and creaminess on the finish.
Only 2,000 bottles made. To enjoy their full unfiltered glory, Filip recommends shaking them before pouring.
