Pomalo, literally “take it slow” in Croatian, is a new side project of the renowned Bura-Mrgudić winemaking family. The organically grown Debit, an indigenous Dalmatian white variety, spends about a week on the skins. Aromas of lemon drops, a bright acidity and crunchy Adriatic minerality. Serve chilled.
