An old indigenous Istrian variety, light green to golden yellow in color with an intense fruity taste and scent of olive fruit, aromatic herbs and artichokes and apples. Awarded 97 points at Flos Olei and Gold at Olive Japan.
How to enjoy it
It is an excellent addition to fresh raw food, especially to raw dark fish, particularly tuna and salmon, adding a special Mediterranean charm to sushi. Sweet baked apples sprinkled with this oil are also a winning combination.
