Still in his twenties, Filip Bibić is rewriting what Dalmatian reds can be. His Plavina, the lighter cousin of Plavac Mali, comes from limestone terraces above Skradin and show's the grapes fresh, modern side. Silky and light bodied, it's the kind of red you can chill, pour and finish before dinner is ready.
