Dalmatian cheese is a hard cheese made of sheep and cow milk. With a somewhat milder taste and softer texture than Pag cheese, it is perfect for all who find sheep cheese to be a bit too strong.

Dalmatian cheese is often enjoyed as an appetizer with cured meats and traditional products such as Kulen, spicy pork sausage from Slavonia, and Dalmatian prosciutto.
