Ivica Matoševic was instrumental in setting up the Istrian appellation and the region's leading wine fair, with Steven Spurrier calling him "Croatia's best winemaker". This is his take on a Bordeaux blend with local varietal Teran in place of Cabernet Franc to provide acidity to the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon mix. Bursting with vineyard character and deceptively easy to drink.
