Matošević Grimalda White 2021
Ivica Matošević led the 1990s Istrian wine revolution, and this is his signature wine. The grapes come from a stunning terraced, sun-soaked vineyard below the hamlet of Grimalda in central Istria. Using very low yields of organically farmed grapes, the wine is aged in French oak for 12 months.

Caramel, biscuit, melon, apricot and great minerality with a long finish.
