In the new personal passion project of Milan Budinski, one of Croatia's top enologists, you get a polished red that's destined to age close to perfection. Organically grown fruit from Istria's famous white soil spends a year in 500L oak and then another 10 months in concrete. All the beautiful red fruit and firm texture you'd expect from a serious wine.
