Named after the winemaker's first daughter, Lara is a glorious take on aged Malvazija. After a prolonged 88-day maceration in large wooden vats, the wine is aged for ten years and bottled unfiltered. The result is a raw restless energy balanced with a fresh acidity. Dried fig, almond milk, a touch of honey and Mediterranean bush tones with a velvety mouth feel.
