Made exclusively from biodynamically grown Pinot Noir that is spontaneously fermented, aged 10 months in a large wooden barrel, then two years on the lees. Expect a fragrant and fruity sparkling with generous aromas of peach, apple, nectarine, and a gentle acidity with a long creamy finish.
