The result of a unique collaboration between natural wine impresario Marko Kovač and grower Petar Marinović. A hectare or so of Pošip vineyards in the Smokvica village valley are farmed organically by Petar and his family. With 2-3 days of skin contact we get a gorgeous golden hue, notes of fig compote, but without becoming too funky.
