Bibich Cuvee 2022
The Bibich Cuvée is Filip's breeziest red. Plavina and Lasina are co-fermented for the crunch, and Babić vinified separately for the body. Natively fermented without frills partly in stainless steel, partly in neutral wood. Serve slightly chilled and watch disappear.
