With Žutina (meaning "yellow" in the local dialect), Filip Bibić is reviving an old Dalmatian style of wine. Handpicked Debit grapes spend 30 days on the skins with native yeast, then rest in American and French oak. The result is a quietly powerful orange wine with a distinctly Adriatic grip.

Dried apricot, orange peel, pear skin and quince. Think Friuli-style amber but with a coastal salty finish.
