The Chiavalon family from Istria, famous for their range of excellent olive oils, has recently embarked on a new organic farming project. For the past three years they have been revitalizing abandoned fields along the river Raša to supply 100% organic produce to some of Istria's best restaurants and hotels.
One of the results is this amazing passata made from raw organic tomatoes and nothing else – no added sugar, no preservatives, no flavorings – maintaining their glorious rich flavors.
