Chiavalon Organic Tomato Passata
The Chiavalon family from Istria, famous for their range of excellent olive oils, has recently embarked on a new organic farming project. For the past three years they have been revitalizing abandoned fields along the river Raša to supply 100% organic produce to some of Istria's best restaurants and hotels.
One of the results is this amazing passata made from raw organic tomatoes and nothing else – no added sugar, no preservatives, no flavorings – maintaining their glorious rich flavors.
How to enjoy it
Perfect for any kind of sauces, creams, soups or pizzas. It goes amazingly with basil, garlic and different types of mediterranean spices. Try a shot glass of passata drizzled with olive oil to a healthy start to the day.

The Chiavalon brothers from the town of Vodnjan in Istria, where they've made a name for themselves with their award-winning early harvest olive oils.
