A rounded, gentle oil perfect for pairing with fish and salads
Named after grandpa Romano, who loved, you guessed it, fish, this is a delicate oil with gentle spiciness and bitterness. Look out for aromas of ripe tomato, banana and apple, together with fragrant notes of basil and artichoke.
How to enjoy it
This oil pairs perfectly with all kinds of fish dishes. We especially recommend it with fish carpaccio. It also may be used for all mixed vegetable salads as well as all boiled and grilled vegetables.
Who makes it
The Chiavalon brothers from the town of Vodnjan in Istria, where they've made a name for themselves and won more awards than we can count.
