This is the original Križ red full of raw energy that Denis describes as "Pelješac in a bottle." Coming mostly from the steep coastal vineyards of Postup, the Plavac Mali grapes soak up intense the Dalmatian sun. Despite the power this gives them, there is a fresh coastal lift that keeps everything alive. Native ferment, no filtration, and long neutral oak aging that polishes without taming.

Blackberry, plum, dried fig laced with rosemary and smoked sea salt. Structured and age-worthy.
