How to enjoy it
While you'd be lucky to get 50 percent fruit content in a regular supermarket jam, this amazing eco spread is made almost entirely of organic figs. Have it on toast as a healthy breakfast or spread it on young cheeses such as brie, mascarpone, or our personal favorite – 6-month old Pag sheep cheese.
Who makes it
The Ostojić family, third generation fig growers with a 300-tree farm on the Adriatic coast northwest of Dubrovnik.
