Kosovec Pinot Noir Selekcija 2017
An uncompromising natural pinot noir from Ivan Kosovec, the dark horse of Moslavina winemakers. The 2017 Selekcija has undergone a 14-day fermentation without temperature control, and was then aged for 36 months in old French and Slavonian oak. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur. Dark red fruits, wood and leather on the nose. Medium body and sharp acidity.
PAIRS WELL WITH
Great with homemade pizza, although the bottle runs out before the pizza is done.
