Kosovec Pinot Noir Selekcija 2017
This is Ivan's uncompromising take on one of the hardest grapes to pull off anywhere: Pinot Noir. The 2017 Selekcija has undergone a 14-day fermentation without temperature control, and was then aged for 36 months in old French and Slavonian oak. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur. Think of it as a Pinot Noir stripped of international makeup.
