Ivan Kosovec makes his Selekcija range from hand selected grapes only in exceptional harvests. It has been six long years since his iconic 2011 Škrlet Selekcija, but it was worth the wait. He has turned this almost forgotten speckled variety grown only in the hilly Moslavina region into something extraordinary. Three weeks of maceration give it layer after layer of complexity and beautiful minerality. Only 1,200 unfiltered and unfined bottles made.
