Testament Pošip Zenit 2018
Wine origin stories don't get much better than this. On a blazing hot August day in the middle of the harvest, Juraj's wine press breaks down just as he's about to process 20 tons of freshly picked Pošip grapes. A total disaster. He steps into the vineyard for inspiration, the sun at its zenith. "Who needs a press? I will do what my grandfather did", Juraj says and proceeds to make a skin-contact wine instead.
