Bartulović Vrana (raven in Croatian) comes from a single, rugged vineyard in the stony hills above Prizdrina, and is grown completely without any treatments chemical or otherwise. It is a pure expression of place – one parcel, organically farmed, wild-fermented, and bottled with minimal intervention. Mario, known to his friends as Maro, personally takes care of every step from tilling the terrain to treading the grapes with his feet. Only 600 bottles made.

Brooding and structured with black cherry, plum skin, dried herbs, and a streak of iron-rich earth.
