It's not often that Ivan Kosovec makes a rosé, but when he does it's an exceptional one. Pinot Noir from his picturesque vineyard in Moslavina is directly pressed and aged in stainless steel. The quality of the grapes means we're not talking about a watery summery beverage here, but a serious wine with texture and a vivid intensity.
