Saša and Magdalena Senjković moved back to Brač island and brought new energy and ambition to the winemaking tradition of their family. Unlike many other Plavac Mali growers, they decided to expand their vineyards in the interior of the island at 200-350m above the sea. While still a bit wild by nature, the cooler nights have given Bosso more elegance and balance. Full-bodied with carob, sour cherries, and Mediterranean herbs.
PAIRS WELL WITH
Pašticada (slowly cooked beef in wine with, prunes, pancetta, root vegetables and gnocchi), grilled lamb, the end of a roadtrip.
