Testament Debit Maraština 2019
A traditional local blend made in the back country of Šibenik for hundreds of years has a new incarnation in the hands of Juraj Sladić. The wine embodies a rare marriage of continental and coastal influences: cold Promina mountain winds preserve vibrant freshness while southern Mediterranean soils impart aromatic richness and depth.
Hand-harvested in early September, the grapes undergo one month of lees aging followed by four months in large used oak.

Ripe apricot, melon, and peach dominate balanced by a background of warming spice. Only 1,500 bottles made.
