Some vineyards have so much to say, that all you need to do is get out of the way. This is why the Tomac family doesn't even talk about the varieties that have gone into making this exuberant wine from their Plešivica vineyards. What we do know is that, unlike many of it's amphora-aged cousins, it is also clean and supremely drinkable.
