Featuring their dachshund Hugo on the label, this is a low in alcohol, bottle fermented Pét-nat that's unfiltered. Pour it clean, or with the glorious sediment for a fuller taste. Light, vibrant, and fruity with raspberry and strawberry freshness. One bottle is usually not enough.

Grilled seafood, pad thai, drunken noodles. Also great as an aperitif — especially when lounging by the pool.
