Limited Edition: Tomac Marany Sivi 2022
Marany Sivi ("sivi" meaning grey in Croatian) follows the Tomac family's signature biodynamic approach: four weeks of skin maceration in Georgian qvevri, then a year in large oak barrels. But instead of the usual Marany blend, this particular year the conditions were right to make a pure Pinot Gris. The result is an orange wine with real structure and drinkability.
WHAT IT TASTES LIKE
Wild strawberries, dried apricot, spiced blood orange. Vibrant berry fruits meet sour citrus with elegant mineral texture and serious length.
