Marany Red is the latest expression of the Tomac family's commitment to biodynamic winemaking. After spontaneous fermentation in clay amphorae, the wine matures for a year in large used oak barrels and is bottled without filtration. An elegant, structured Pinot with a silky texture.

Spices, black pepper and smokiness are in the foreground here, only later followed by plums and black berries.
