Fresh, zesty bubbles from Pinot Noir grown in the biodynamic vineyards of the Tomac family. Featuring their dachshund Hugo on the label, this is a low in alcohol, bottle fermented Pét-nat that's unfiltered. Pour it clean, or with the glorious sediment for a fuller taste.
